 Problems with windshield wipers on 2000 chrysler concorde lxi. *mr (protects the windshield wipers) the 5-1/2 foot long section broke loose from the clips that hold it in place, flipped over the vehicle roof creating a very severe traffic hazard to the vehicle in the back of the consumer. the clips were still in place with the broken plastic still in place. *sc *jb
