This van has a factory installed floor mounted spare tire under the rear most seat. during a head-on collision, the spare tire slid forward and became a deadly projectile. the tire rocketed forward and crushed a passenger's lower left leg, instantly snapping the bones into splinters against the set in front of him. after the accident, the passenger was pinned inside the van by the spare tire. |
