 Tl*the contact owns a 2007 fleetwood mallard rv. the vehicle has a dometic refrigerator, model rm2652. the contact received a recall notice for nhtsa campaign id number 08v320000 (equipment:recreational vehicle). the vehicle was immobile and required the recall repair to be performed on site. dometic was notified and refused to assume full responsibility for the $120 recall repair cost. dometic explained that they would cover $60 towards the repair cost. there has been no resolution with the manufacturer. there had been no failure to date. the serial number, part number, vin, and purchase date were unknown.
