| Windshield wipers don't work properly, causing the consumer to have problems with the vehicle when driving in the rain. also, windshield wipers work sometimes and sometimes don't work. after the dealer repaired the windshield wipers the vehicle wouldn't start up because the driver side battery shorted out and the vehicle died out, causing the starter to overheat and burn out which resulted in the right side passeger's battery to short out and then die out.the vehicle has been in the shop every three months for repair service, and the consumer just got the vehicle out of the shop. *ak owner has abs brakes, he states that his brake pedal goes to the floor. when driving in damp or wet weather conditions the rear brakes lock up, causing the vehicle to skid to a stop. fuel injectors have been replaced 8 times. right front axle continues to break and the actuator has been replaced five times already. while driving vehicle engine misses at intermittent times, runs rough, at times, at times will shut down, had vehicle into dealership 3-4 times and still not fixed: engin. brake light switch failed, speedometer is inaccurate,rear shock was blown,clutch was replaced,fuel injection pump was replaced, abs light was coming on,fule filter was replaced. * sb | |||

| I bought this truck in 1997 and within 30 days the fuel pump went out.i took my truck to chevy land to have the pump replaced. this took over 3 weeks and we had to go threw about 4 or 5 pumps . i then went out and bought a brand new pump, not a rebuilt one and then it ran o.k for a short time and back to doing the same thing again. we took it back in again and the pump was bad again. i had told them to rebuild my pump that was on my truck because it was very new and i was told by chevy land that they would rebuild my fuel pump, but they didnt, they said they sent my pump off to be fixed and replaced it with a older rebuilt one they had there. i pick up my truck and within 24 hours the truck was doing the very same thing as before we replaced this pump. we called up to chevy land and they had the truck towed in to the shop. this is where the truck sat for many days and weeks waiting for someone to fix it . but they couldnt. the service manger even said he couldnt fix it . they had no idea to what was wrong now with my truck, and that they just couldnt fix it. so it sat for many weeks . when i spoke to the service dept to see when it was going to be done with my truck .they told me that they were done with it as he said they just couldnt fix it. so what was i to do with a truck that wont run. i then went back up to the shop to tell them we would be back to get the truck when i saw that my truck had been parked outside all this time in the ran with both front windows left down and both my batterys were completely dead . i then had to go buy two more batterys for the truck i have spent over 11000.00 dollars in repairs for this truck in the last year and this is where i spent all of the money at is chevy land. but when i take a non running truck into the repair shop and months go by and my truck is left to rot in the rain and all the time telling me that you cant fix it so on that note i took my truck and had it towed back home and stopped payment.help me please. | |||
