| The spare tire hoist cable holding the spare tire on my vehicle failed while i was driving causing my spare tire to drop onto the road and forcing vehicles behind me to take evasive action. *jb | |||

| I had just exited a busy interstate highway when the spare tire fell from under the truck. after examining the spare tire retaining cable i found it had rusted in half allowing the tire to fall. if the tire had fallen out 30 seconds earlier it would have resulted in a multi car pile up with possible serious injury or death to those behind me. i feel this cable should be replaced by stainless steel cable which will not rust or at the very least a secondary safety chain be added to at least keep the tire with the truck !! i am now afraid to follow any gm made truck ! *nm | |||

| While driving, the vehicle started shaking uncontrollably. the consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for an inspection. the mechanic informed the consumer the problem could not be duplicated. *jb | |||

| While coming down a hill put foot on brakes, and it felt like pushing on a brick wall. consumer proceeded through a stop sign. consumer has to press brake down twick before vehicle will stop.*ak the brakes failed twice. the steering column makes a grinding noise when turning. horn failed. keyless entery failed. door locks failed. interior lights failed. the fan in the front end is very loud. the speedometer is inaccurate. the power steering pump shaft broke. *yh | |||
