| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 gmc sierra. the vehicle is a hybrid and the contact is having problems with the brakes. the contact states the brakes grab when coming to a stop which makes the vehicle come to an abrupt jerking stop. the contact also stated that when slowing down the vehicle from higher speeds, you have to press extremely hard on the brakes to get them to respond. the dealer gave the contact a memo from gmc that reads to pump the brakes on the hybrids for a smoother stop. the contact feels this is a safety issue. the failure mileage was 15 and the current mileage was 2000.rl | |||
