Returned from trip. set parking brake. motorhome was still in gear and went down the road. i thought the brakes needed adjustment. took motorhome to a licensed truck repair facility. motorhome was checked out by a qualified brake expert. only thing he could find wrong was the maxi brake chambers were not big enough to hold the motorhome. installed two bigger chambers and the parking brake works properly and the service brakes seem better. contacted the chassis builder and was told this morning that the motorhome had the incorrect chambers and they would pay for the replacements. they called me back this afternoon and said the small chambers were correct and even though they would not hold the motorhome, there was nothing they could do. if they were the proper brake chambers, they should hold the motorhome. they didn't and the repair facility could find nothing else wrong with the brakes. the bigger chambers work as intended.*jb
