| On june 17 2008 at 445pm, my daughter was returning home from school in her 2000 hyundai onj the new york state thruway190 north,she was involved in a chain reaction accident,her car rearended a vehicle,and the impact totaled her car. the airbag didn't deploy she was injured bruising and whiplash,i called hyundai headquarters and asked if they wanted to inspect the vehicle to establish why the airbag did not deploy. the consumer affairs rep carolyn b harvey sent me a form letter saying they were interested i n examining the vehicle , i asked if the vehicle could be sent to a dealer , i was informed they would but there would be a charge of 40 dollars a day, and the process would take 4 to 6 weeks, please add my complaint to your files. *tr | |||
