| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 hyundai accent. the driver stated that he took a 5,000 mile trip and the brakes malfunctioned 3 times while traveling various speeds. when he came to a stop, he tried to apply the brakes. the driver stated that when he engaged the brakes, his rpms increased to approximately 3,000. he took his foot off of the brake pedal and then pressed it again and eventually the vehicle stopped. the driver also contacted the dealer and they are told him that they were familiar with the failure he experienced. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 17,000. the current mileage was 22,000. | |||
