| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 hyundai accent with 10300 miles. the contact stated that when accelerating on a hill at 5 mph from a stopped position the vehicle would hesitate and jerk. when this happens the vehicle is generally going to the right.the was taken to the dealer but the cause of the failure could not be found. bl | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2009 hyundia accent. while driving approximately 35 mph, the transmission slipped out of fourth gear into neutral without intent. the contact was able to continue driving. the failure occurred when driving in the fourth or fifth gear; however to prevent the malfunction the gear selector lever must be manually held while driving. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on twice and they were unable to duplicate the failure. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not provide any assistance. the approximate failure mileage was 49,000. rvk | |||
