The steering wheel lock pin has a sleeve that keeps coming out and rubbing the bottom of the steering wheel. it makes a grinding noise on the bottom of the wheel. the danger is, and fortunatley this happened in my driveway both times, that the sleeve will get caught in the locking pin hole on the steering wheel itself. this causes the steering wheel to become immobile!!! this is only capable of happening in a turn due to the angle of the hole on the steering wheel. *ak
