 Tl- the contact owns a 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon. the contact noticed that the rear passenger seat belts were defective, causing them to remain locked when nersa was applied without any force; however, the front seat belts were repaired for this same failure two years prior. the dealer was aware of the issue and contacted the division manager on his behalf and the contact was awaiting a response. the vehicle had not been repaired. the current mileages were 47,075 and the failure mileages were approximately 15,000. bw
