SUSPENSION

2006 everest 345s fifth wheel recreational vehicle (camper). axle / spring shackle (u-bolt) nuts loosened and as a result axle shifted on the springs rearwards causing loss of parts of the spring assembly (leafs of the springs), axle cockeyed on trailer and causing hanger damage, bent main frame( i- beam), tire damage and body damage to trailer. incident occurred in i-65 at 65 mph. but for the raining conditions and very wet highway i feel this could have caused total loss of control and a crash / roll over of the entire unit. *tr
