Defect SummaryKeystone rv is recalling certain model year 2010 recreational vehicles manufactured from may 12 through june 19, 2009. the glass may not be properly adhered to the door in certain michef brand model em925rzt microwave ovens. only those vehicles with the following michef microwave serial number range 1363901000001 and 1353901000756 are included in the recall.
Consequence SummaryThe microwave is installed in an overhead cabinet. the glass could fall out and injure a nearby person.
Corrective SummaryKeystone rv will notify owners and replace the microwave free of charge. the safety recall began on august 17, 2009. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.

Defect SummaryKeystone is recalling 52 my 2010 passport travel trailers for failing to comply with the requirements of part 567, certification. these vehicles were manufactured with incorrect axle(s). the axle rating may not match the specifications listed on the federal certification label and the tire and loading label.
Consequence SummaryTowing a vehicle with the axle loaded beyond the specified weight rating may result in axle failure leading to poor vehicle handling and an increased risk of a crash.
Corrective SummaryDealers will inspect the axle rating tags, compare to the federal certification label and then if they do not match either replace the axle if under rated or replace the labels if over rated. the remedy will be performed free of charge. the recall began on june 22, 2009. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.

 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 keystone retreat (n/a). while parked he was asleep in the vehicle when someone alerted him that the vehicle was on fire. the fire was coming from a wiring system near located under the vehicle. the fire was extinguished and the fire department also appeared on the scene. the vehicle was towed to the manufacturer where he was informed some of the wires shorted out. the vehicle was in the process of being repaired. the failure and current mileages were 540. sm.

 Tl* the contact owns a 2010 keystone passport rv. the contact stated that when driving at various speeds, there was excess cabling dragging on the road. there was an unknown warning light illuminated and the contact stated that the rv itself began to drag. the vehicle was not inspected by a dealer nor repaired. the manufacturer was contacted, but the contact had not received a response. the failure mileage was approximately 3,000. the vin was unavailable.
