| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 keystone passport(na). the contact stated that when driving at various speeds there was excess cabling that was too long and was dragging on the road. this dragging eventually caused the sensor on the camper warning that something was wrong and rv started to drag. the vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer nor repaired. the manufacturer was contacted, but no response. the failure mileage was approximately 3,000. the vin was unavailable. tb | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2011 keystone passport. the contact stated that there was a short in the wiring connected to the light on the ceiling of the slide room. a mechanic diagnosed that the wires were melted; the failure was not repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the dealer. the dealer was notified of the failure, but did not assisted with repairing the failure. the failure mileage was 980 and the current mileage was 1,000. nw | |||
