| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 kia sedona. the contact stated while driving 74 mph when another vehicle made an unsafe lane change into the contact's lane causing the two vehicles to crash into one another. the crash caused a crack in the engine, as well as the radiator to burst and the bumper to be dislodged. the air bags, however, did not deploy. both passengers were injured. the vehicle was waiting to be inspected. the failure and current mileages were 97,000. dt | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 kia sedona. while driving 65 mph with the windows down, a bee flew into the vehicle. the contact is allergic to bees and began to panic. she lost control of the vehicle and drove down a 30 foot embankment. the vehicle was towed and labeled as destroyed. a police report was filed. the front end was completely damaged and the driver air bag never fully deployed and the passenger air bag did not deploy at all. the contact sustained injuries to her wrist, chest, and has bruises all over her body. she believes that due to the severity of the crash, the air bags should have deployed. the current and failure mileages were 11,883. updated 12/02/08. *lj updated 12/03/08. *jb | |||
