| Tl-the contact owns a 2002 mercedes benz s430. the contact stated that the instrumental panel lights failed the lights flashed on and off for a few months but now the instrumental panel was black causing the contact not be able to know the speed driven or read the instructions. the vehicle was taken to the dealer inspected the vehicle and advised that the instrumental cluster had to be replaced. the manufacturer was made a ware of the failure and they advised that the warranty repaired had expired. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 140,000 and the current mileage could not be read due the instrumental panel failure. li | |||
