We have had this vehicle in to two different dealerships at least 6 times for the same problem. they now say that rotors are below specs, and that someone has turned them to get them that way. all brake parts on this vehicle are original and have only been serviced by a registered mercury dealership. i ahve talked to the mercury customer assistance department two times also about this problem. we cannot get anywhere but they now say we must rebuild the brake system on the front of this vehicle at our expense. the original problem was a grinding dragging noise from the front that has went on for over 6 months. we are just seeking satisfaction and for mercury to correct their problem.*ak | |||
