 Consumer took vehicle to dealer for warranty repair and replacement of recalled firestone tires, upon pickup from the shop the dealer only replaced the spare tire and not the other four tires because the claimed they were not included, consumer believes the dealer switched the tires with old tires. nlm

 Bridgestone duelers at tires. about 30,000 miles on them. had firestone store align and balance in jan 2004. all highway usage. tires developed small ridges across face of tire. a whomp sound is loud and nerve wracking. local dealer says they are not responsible. is there a recourse? *jb

 Firestone wilderness at tires (p235/75r15) had signs of tread separation, so the consumer replaced all 4 tires, the spare tire was kept and it is the same brand and size with the dot w2hl, consumer is requesting reimbursement for the cost of the replacement tires and for a new spare tire. *slc
