| Cruise control cable breaks/frays causing stuck speed control,have to pull up accelerator pedal to slow engine,has happened 6 times almost annually since 1994, part cost has risen from $20 to $126, first failure was in warranty,but oshkosh refused to pay for part or anything(claimed not verifiableon road failure!!!),calls to oshkosh tech support have been ignored, i have taken the cable off and will not reinstall until they redesign this cable. this complete cruise control system is supplied by ford, but believe actually manufactured by rostra (www.rostra.com). i believe ford recalled this assembly, why does not oshkosh? *ak | |||
