Clock sping is a wire harness located in the steering column that controls the driver side air bag, horn & cruise contol . when damaged from no fault on part of the driver the horn will not work the air bag will not deploy when needed or might deploy without any impact . i feel that this is a safty defect that should be repaired by the manufacturer at no cost to the consumer.*ak
