 2000 pontiac bonneville. river and pessenger head restraints are too far back of neck. head travels back bout 6 inches before making contact with restraint. had a slight rear end mishap and suffered some whiplash. other model cars have restraits that are much closer to your head. there are no adjustments.*ak

 Pontiac file #c02631710. i called the dealership and pontiac customer care within the first two months of owning the car, received a file number, but no follow-up by pontiac as promised. i have a concern that the front seat headrests will not provide adequate protection in the event of a rear-end collision. the headrest is not close enough to prevent your head from tilting back all the way, as if there were no headrest at all.*ak

 Trunk area leaks and water builds up in the spare tire storage. clanking noise in steering column while turning either direction during colder weather. front drivers seat heater worked then quit for no reason, push button on & light comes on but doesn't stay on. wipers while in intermittent will stop during a sweep across windshield, when turned on or off also turns on/off the dash lights at the same time, and while in intermittent if blinker is used the wiper will stop during a sweep across windshield. *nm
