| Trunk flooded heavily when raining, oil leak, problems with tires,etc.*mr the consumers experienced several problems with vehicle. the dealer was notified and repairs were not made, it stills remains a faulty vehicle. the consumer was very dissatisfied in general motor assistance. please respond promptly in resolving matters. *cb | |||

| Steering wheel and floor pan vibrations(5-10hz) at speeds over 60mph. ride/handling and driver discomfort is affected. dealer has performed alignment, new brakes, new tires, balanced tires, check tires and rims for defects. dealer indicates that this is a known problem to gm. dealer service rep. will not provide any additional assistance with problem. indicated that's as good as it gets. never had a vehicle perform like this that could not be repaired.*ak | |||

| I bought new a 2000 pontiac bonneville which came equiped with firestone affinity tires. on incident date while driving at the posted limited speed all my tire threads on the rear tire drivers side separated from the tire. fortunately, the tire treads which came off in one piece did not hit the car behind me but flew into fast lane emergency lane. also fortunate was the fact that i was able to maintain control of the car until the tire threads left the tire well. amazingly, the tire did not blow out and i was able to drive to a tire shop where i purchased a replacement tire. fortunately also was the fact that the tire treads which pushed the gas fill line out of its holder where you fill up with gas and broke the gas cap did not cause a fire or explosion since the gas cap came off. i had no room in my car for the defective tire and left it at the tire shop. you can contact them at 317-468-0000 and they probably will still have the tire in their junk pile if you would like to see it. they go under the name of big o tires greenfield, 1776 north state st. greenfield in 46140 i have also taken pictures of the failed tire and will forward them to you if need be. kindly advise me about this matter since i still have three other similar tires on my car which look good. thank you | |||
