 Tl- the contact owns a 1996 saturn se2. the contact was driving 55 mph when they were hit from behind at a slight angle. the contact stated the back of the driver seat snapped and the seat belt failed causing the contact to fly forward and into the steering wheel. the inspector who examined the vehicle stated it was impossible for the seat to go forward because the seat it supposed to break backwards. the repair shop agreed that the contact that the seat broke forward. the failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 169000.rl
