 Tl*the contact owns a 2005 acura mdx. while driving 55-60 mph and when the brake pedal is depressed, the steering wheel shakes and vibrates. the dealer has had the vehicle five out of the eight weeks that the contact has owned the vehicle. after being diagnosed several different times, she was finally informed that the brand new tires were cupping and causing the failure. the current mileage was 31,000 and failure mileage was 25,395.

 Tl*the contact owns a 2005 acura mdx. while driving approximately 10 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle failed to slow down. she sideswiped a parked vehicle on the street. also, the brakes jolted spontaneously. there were no warning lights illuminated on the instrument panel and no injuries. the police was called to the scene and a report was filed. both vehicles were damaged. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic and it was discovered that the tie rod was the cause of the failure. the contact is waiting for a response from the insurance adjusters regarding the damages for repair. she was concerned of the safety risk involved. the failure and current mileages were 25,000.
