Defect SummaryThe o rings of the regulator assembly in the onan emerald and marquis brand generator sets can weaken and break when exposed to high ambient temperatures.
Consequence SummaryIf an ignition source is present, liquid propane gas (lpg) leakage could result in a fire.
Corrective SummaryOwner notification will be conducted by onan. dealers will either remove the lpg regulator and replace it with a model not subject to rupture, or install a pre-regulator in the fuel system.

Defect SummaryVehicle description: class a motor homes equipped with type 2 safety belts manufactured by amsafe. the front seat belt retractor located next to the driver and passenger seats will not allow the belt to be extended so that it can be used.
Consequence SummaryIn the event of an accident, the driver or occupant would not be properly restrained increasing the risk of personal injury.
Corrective SummaryDealers will install new seat belt assemblies in these vehicles.

 Intermittently park brake engaged without warning. also when park brake was engaged it was difficult to disengage, after these difficulties the brake failed completely and was replaced. problems re-occurred after replacement. vehicle is a 1996 allegro p30(motor home) with a 1996 chevrolet chassis. *jb

 With the vehicle in park and automatic parking brakes on, the vehicle began to roll backwards as consumer was attempting to disconnect vehicle he was towing. after falling to the ground, consumer was able to re-enter vehicle and apply the brakes to stop the vehicle. *jb

 Parking brake system failed no way to secure vehicle when put in park will roll away parking brake fails when auto-park system fails also understand another problem with this system will lock up brakes going down the road i have not had this failure but understand it is common with this system. *nm
