| Tl* the contact owns a 2004 bmw m3 convertible. the contact stated that the vehicle would slip out of gear while driving at any speed. the contact stated that because the vehicle had a smg transmission, the failure would not allow the contact to accelerate and he would have to shut the vehicle off and restart to allow the gear to re-engage. the vehicle was taken to the dealer yet he was unable to diagnose the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage and current mileage was 40,000. | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2004 bmw m3 convertible. the contact stated the vehicle pops out of gear without warning at any speed or any gear. the vehicle has an smg transmission and when it pops out of gear you cannot accelerate and you have to pull over. once you come to a complete stop and restart the vehicle, the gear re-engages you can drive the vehicle. the dealer had the vehicle for fours days at the time of the complaint and could not figure out what was causing the failure. the failure mileage and current mileages were 40,000.rl | |||
