| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 cadillac srx. while driving less than 10 mph the air bag deployed. the contact was hit by the air bag and the vehicle stalled. the driver was hit in the shoulder and the back of the neck by the air bag. the vehicle was towed to the dealer and the dealer advised him that the failure was not covered under warranty. the vehicle was damage and the cost to repaired the vehicle was $2,800. a claim was filed with the manufacture. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure and current mileage were 6,000. vwb | |||

| My name is jim whitworth and i represent allison ramirez and her family. she leased a cadillac srx on july 6, 2010. on december 4, 2010 the side air bag depoloyed injuring the driver without an accident. the insurance determined it was a manufacturer defect. to date, the manufacturer is refusing to repair. a recall for the 2011 srx was rekeased today. it is obvious their is defective engineering in the air bag system. | |||
