| Tl- the contact owns a 2001 cadillac sts. while parked the contact applied to the brake pedal and switched the gear to drive when the vehicle accelerated on its owns. the vehicle crashed into another vehicle in the driveway of the contacts home causing damage to the vehicles and the home. the vehicle was towed to independent mechanic where the body damage was being repaired. the vehicle was not diagnosed for the acceleration failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 36,000. ds | |||
