| The positive post broke off the delco battery which came with the vehicle when it was purchased new from the dealership. the dealership which sold the vehicle refused to honor the warranty which came with the battery when the vehicle was sold.*ak the consumer told chevrolet that battery acid was leaking and it was a safety issue, and the battery clearly states that it has a six year warranty and general motors should uphold that coverage. *cb *jb | |||

| I own a 2000 chevrolet silverado pick up truck, i am having severe electrical problems with my vehicle. it is out of warranty and the dealer states they are not responsible for the repairs. i bought the truck used and have put only 10,000 miles on my vehicle and mostly use my company car. i am looking ofr some type of relief please help.*ak | |||
