| Dt*: the contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, there was a quiver in the 2006 chevrolet kodiak, then the receiver fell off. the vehicle was slowed down, which resulted in the trailer striking the truck. a police report was filed on the scene. the police officer noted that there was no penetration in the welding. the manufacturer collected the vehicle for repair. | |||
