| Own a 2005 chevrolet colorado and am having repeated events with the abs warning light. the light came on recently and then disappeared; followed by returning again yesterday along with brake light warning. this is a safety issue for anyone owning and driving one of these. after investigating other complaints with this issue it looks like gm needs to step up and do a recall. | |||

| My sister has a 2005 chevy colorado she bought new. the cam sensor keeps going out on it. my brother-in-law is recovering from stage 4 cancer and this is their only vehicle and it needs to be fixed and at no cost to them. the part is poorly designed in regards to the condensation that builds up. some people don't have garages or car ports and if the sensor gets wet it burns out. i will never buy a chevy product, they don't stand behind their vehicles. | |||

| Abs fault light stays on. brakes don't work well. researching this problem it appears that there are many 2005 chevrolet colorados with similar issues. i no longer feel safe driving my truck. gm should be held accountable for this. | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2005 chevrolet colorado. while locking the vehicle with the remote system the alarm began to sound. he entered the vehicle and put the key into the ignition. once the vehicle was turned on the alarm stopped sounding. he then tried to manually lock the front drivers side door but the door would not lock. the failure recurs whenever he attempts to operate the front drivers side door. the vehicle was not taken to be examined for the cause of failure and has not been repaired. the failure and current mileages were 45,000. sm. | |||

| I have owned my 2005 chevrolet colorado 4 door 4x4 since nov. 2004 i have had tires that puckered, 3 radios installed, blower motor switch replaced 1 time and is now out again, a leak in the fire wall that has been in 2 times to be fixed and still leaks in hard rains, a defective brake light switch. and the worst gas mileage of any vehicle i have owned in the past 30 years. my 71 monte carlo with a 400 big block and 3:73 rear end gears got better gas mileage. chevrolet said to wait till it had about 10,000 miles well it has 52,000 and still can't get past 16.5 mpg. and only 11 if towing anything. the radio has been fixed and the brake switch replaced i still have leaking fire wall and very poor gas mileage. i drive a nice straight shot 71 miles one way with only 2 stop signs between start and finish of my drive each day for a total of 140 miles of pure open interstate driving in a rural area! shame on you chevrolet! *jb | |||
