| Tl- the contact owns a 2005 chevrolet colorado extreme ls. the contact hit a deer on the front passenger side and the seat belt harness came out of the floor and the passenger hit the dashboard. the vehicle was traveling 65 mph at the time of the collision. the passenger had several bulging disk in the neck and back along with injuries to their hip. the contact is still getting treatment for these injuries and quite a few more. the contact found that the seat belt harness came out of the floor when the fire and rescue informed them that it came loose in the collision. the vehicle was destroyed in the collision, but the vehicle was not inspected. the vin did not go through at the time of the complaint. the failure mileage and current mileages was 87000.rl | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2005 chevrolet colorado. while traveling 65 mph the contact struck a deer on the front passenger side of the vehicle and noticed that the seat belt had loosen causing the contact to injure to her back and neck, a police report was also filed for the incident. the vehicle was towed to a local mechanic where the contact was informed that the failure was caused be a inaccurate seat belt sensor. there were no prior warnings and the vehicle has not been repaired. the current and failure mileages were 9000. bml | |||
