| Tl* the contact owned a 2009 chevrolet silverado 1500. when a short person uses the head-rest it causes that person's head to bend too far forward. this condition can cause injury due to separation of the neck and the spine. she turned the head-rest around to prevent injury. she took the vehicle to a dealership, but no assistance was provided. she called the manufacturer and received the same response. the current mileage was approximately 1,400. the failure mileage was approximately 250. | |||
