| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet tahoe. the contact stated that while driving 15 mph, the contact fully depressed the brake pedal but the brakes failed to respond. the vehicle was merged to the shoulder and the emergency brake was engaged. the contact stated that there were flames coming from under the hood of the vehicle. the vehicle was completely engulfed in flames within minutes. the fire and police departments were called. no one was injured. a police report was filed. the vehicle was completely destroyed. the manufacturer was notified and stated that they will send out a representative to inspect the vehicle. the failure mileage was 70,000. mah | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet tahoe. the contact stated while driving 15 mph the brake was depress but no response and the brake went all the way to the floor. the vehicle was merged to the shoulders and the emergency brake was engaged. after exiting the vehicle the contact stated there was flames coming from under the hood of the vehicle. the vehicle was engulfed into flames within minutes. the fire department and the police was called who came to extinguish the fire. no one was injured and the fire was of unknown origin. the vehicle was destroyed and a report was available if needed. the insurance company was notified and the vehicle was towed to an auto repair shop. the manufacturer was notified who stated they will send out a representative to inspect the vehicle. the failure mileage was 70,000. mw | |||
