| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 chevrolet tahoe. while driving approximately 30 mph, the driver side front seat retracted completely to the floor. the contact was able to place the seat back to its normal, upright position; however, the failure recurred two weeks later. the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure because they accidentally wiped out the memory module. the contact placed a 2 x 4 piece of wood behind the seat to prevent it from retracting backwards. she filed a complaint with the manufacturer. the failure mileage was 14,000 and current mileage was 14,300. | |||
