| While driving 30 mph the accelerator cable became stuck and the vehicle accelerated at a high speed. this caused lost of control of vehicle and resulted in the vehicle flipping over three times. consumer sustained back injuries as a result. consumer feels this was caused due to the defect stated in a recall: accelerator cable casting cap 03v512000. the consumer's vehicle was outside the remedy scope. *nm | |||
