| I am an auto tech at dealership in ks. after 3 repeated incidents, i decided to take action. on either side of the front bumber the fog lights get hot and eventually detach from the lense. the 2nd and 3rd time i have noticed scorching on the vehicle's front bumber where the bulbs started to melt the material. the 4th vehicle caught fire to the bumper and it spread to the engine. this could have been worse without anybody attending the vehicle and more in a house garage. it did not take very long to melt and ignite. | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2005 chrysler 300c. while driving at approximately 25 mph the steering wheel began to get very stiff and a clicking noise could be heard coming from the steering wheel. the blinkers would also begin to involuntarily turn on and off. the vehicle was shut off and upon restart operated as normal briefly before the failure recurred. the failure recurs intermittently. the vehicle was not taken in to be examined. the failure and current mileages were 43,000. sm. | |||
