| Every time i fill up my gas tank the gas pump shuts off normally but when i remove the gas nozzle from my tank a huge amount of gas comes spewing out and sprays the side of my truck as well as the gas pump. it sometimes sprays out as much as four feet away. this is a major fire hazard as well as safety hazard for me and anyone pumping gas in there own cars at the pump across from me. i have been to several different gas stations so as to rule out pump malfuctions and it happens every time at every gas station i visit. seat belt buckles also shattered easily. | |||

| 1. i purchased a new chrysler aspen in 2007. 2. i tried to install a child seat in the middle row right window seat. during my effort to safely tighten the seat a plastic portion on the buckle cracked. the cracked portion of the seatbelt is what prevents the belt from giving slack when a child seat is installed. there now was nothing from preventing the child seat from moving prior to an accident. i took the vehicle to the dealer and had the seatbelt assembly replaced. several months later i noticed the replacement part cracked again not aware of how it occurred. the belt was now being utilized as a booster and did not have to be manually tightened. now a few days ago after the birth of a new child my rear right seatbelt also broke. the same plastic part failed during installation of another car seat under my pulling tightening pressure which would be far less than stress from the inertia of an accident. i took my car to the dealer and had two new seatbelts ordered. after a few hours i realized the problem was most likely part design and poor material choice as opposed to a faulty part. at this point i am not able to take all my kids with me in the vehicle because even the belts that have not broken yet are not safe. i asked chrysler to buy the vehicle back due to these dangers but their legal department refuses because even though i have had three failures i only generated two reports. it's doesn't qualify for the lemon law because i waited for two belts to break before taking it in. chrysler is also refusing to look in to the matter of this part being unsafe on all their 2007 chrysler models. the legal representative i spoke to didn't seem to care that the lives of my children and other children could be in jeopardy. now i am stuck because it does no good to replaced belts with more faulty belts. i have a 3 year old, a 19 month old and a 1 week old baby that i can't even take to the doctor because this is my only vehicle. *tr | |||
