| Dt: the contact was driving on october 3, 2005 when she ran over a ladder that was in the middle of the road. this caused the contacts' vehicle to be hit by another vehicle, causing the vehicle to t hit the brick wall on the freeway. then, another vehicle hit the contct's vehicle. upon impact, both of the frontal airbags failed to deploy. the vehicle was totaled after the crash. the contact's neck was sprung due by the airbag failure. the vehicle has not been inspected to see why the airbags failed to deploy*ak | |||
