| Consumer took vehicle to mechanic and was informed that the lower lateral arm ball joints needed replacement. *la the air conditioner idler was replaced. when the consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer, the consumer was told when the air conditioner unit was replaced the recall regarding the lower lateral ball joints was performed, however the consumer was not aware that there was a recall or even that the work was done. the ball joints need to be replaced again, however the dealer stated it was the consumer's responsibility. *jb | |||
