 Tl-the contact owns a 2000 chrysler sebring. the motors on the windows for the driver and passenger side has stopped working. the windows will not come down they are stuck in the up position. the steering wheel has a shorts circuit in it. it sends shock waves when you touch the steering and getting ready to drive. the passenger side air bags cover has move where you can see the air bags in the instrument panel. this has caused the instrument panel to shift to the point the air bag can deploy at any time. no passenger is able to sit on the passenger side for fear of the deployment of the air bag. the vehicle has been taken to the dealer over thirteen times for all these failure and was told there are no recalls. the repair cost over $3,000. the manufacturer was contacted and informs him there was nothing they can do and there are no recalls. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was 92,500....mw
VISIBILITY - DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER SYSTEM

 Oily film is blown on the windshield and through out the car from the defrost vents. this build up is continous while the a/c is on during the summer months. the dealer can not identify the problem or know how to fix it.

 Molding for driver's side and passenger's side doors is melting causing water to leak inside the vehicle. the dealer has been contacted but refuses to remedy free of charge, when the power windows are down half way the appear loose and rattle. *ak *nlm

 Failure of rearview mirror. mirror has developed a shadow in the middle of the mirror. mirror no longer changes from day light to night driving. *ak

 Vehicle was purchased with an interior rearview mirror with electronic shading for night driving. the shading function has decreased and the shading area of the mirror has decreased in area. in other words, the shaded area of the mirror only covers part of the mirror surface. *nlm
 There is an interference or pushing of rearview mirror when using both driver and passenger sunvisors, causing safety hazard, driver must readjust mirror. *ak

 Car was not designed with a rim above windows to catch rainfall. when it rains, if you open the window a crack, the water pours in all over the seat and floor. *ak
