| I purchased the vehicle in may of 2007 and within the first few months the car stopped for no apparent reason while driving on 3 separate occasions. the incidents startled me greatly that i requested to receive a new car. the dealership refused and had someone fly in from los angeles, ca to fix. now after 5 years the car is doing same thing. i presented this safety issue to the manager of the dealership by the name of [xxx]. [xxx] proceeded to tell me that since i did not use him for my servicing that he would not assist me. he flatly told me how could he help me when he didn't make any money off of me. i've been told by other people with this same vehicle that they had the same problem of stopping without any notice. this is dangerous and can cause death or a terrible accident. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr | |||
