| On 16jul2011 i tried to turn on my air condition in my vehicle but all it did was blow hot air. i took the vehicle to chrysler greenbrier in chesapeake va where the vehicle was purchased. before they inspected the vehicle one of the sales person told we'll im going to tell you now i we find that your air compressor was damaged we can fix it but it will not be covered on your warranty because we are not responsible for natrual damage. after they inspected my vehicle he responded i have bad news your compressor has a hole, maybe a rock hit it and the price to fix it would be 1,500. i explained to him i did not have any accidents, did not hit anything at all. i have contacted the better business bureau. they stated chrysler responded they are not responsible. i am so upset i just purchased this vehicle last year september and have been without air condition since july of this year. | |||
