| Rust has been developing on top of the drivers side front rust tower for several years. having just taken auto classes became aware that this is a problem that affects safety. dealers have not mentioned it in the past (while under rust protection warranty). the car is running fine presently, but this is going to be a safety issue when the strut tower separates from the rest of the car due to rust. this is a design flaw for this car. i have been told that is common. there is already a tsb on it (23-044-02). the repair will cost $1,000. i have asked chrysler for assistance on it and they will not provide any. i have not had the repair work done yet. there is no date of incident, this has existed for at least 5 years, but been unreported. *tr | |||
