| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge charger. while driving 30 mph she rear-ended another vehicle when the other vehicle ran the stop sign. the vehicle was completely destroyed and none of the air bags deployed. an occupant in the vehicle that caused the crash was transported to the hospital by ambulance due to severe injuries. a police report is available. a letter was sent by the manufacturer stating that the frame was not hit hard enough to deploy the air bags. the failure mileage was 55,000. | |||
