| Defect Summary | On certain custom built specialty trailers equipped with dexter axles and crewson automatic slack adjusters, the push rod arms on the axle brakes are too long. | |||||||||||||||
| Consequence Summary | Push rod arms that are too long could cause damage to the slack adjuster or impede proper brake adjustment, resulting in accidental damage including personal injury, property damage or both. | |||||||||||||||
