| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 ford escape hybrid. the contact stated that rear center seat belt had failed. when taking a sharp turn the seat belt acted as it should by locking up, but it never released or lossened. the driver had to forcefully pull the seat belt in order to get the passenger out. the vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer nor repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 48,500. tb | |||
