| Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford fusion. the contact stated that he keyed in the code to unlock the doors via the numeric keyless entry but the trunk erroneously opened. the contact also stated that the doors did not always lock using the keyless entry system. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure could not be replicated. the manufacturer was unable to provide assistance without the failure occurring during diagnostics. the failure mileage was 15 and the current mileage was 3,200. | |||
