| From 12,000 miles to present mileage, the vehicle had three transmissions replaced within five years, and the problem is reoccurring. dealer notified. *ak the driver side front coil spring had broken. (recalled in november/nhtsa#01i00700)-was checked. the mechanics had placed a plastic sleeve over coils, and the spring had broken through and punctured the tire at 5 mph. the overdrive and engine light had come on. the mechanics said that something inside of the transmission was bad. *scc | |||

| My tire problems were reported to firestone and their response was to blame low air pressure or not to respond at all i have replaced all the firestone tires on my motorhome with another brand, out of 8 tires, five came apart, i would suggest anyone with a firestone tire problem, try a different brand( dot number: tire size: 225/75/16 ) | |||

| Two firestone fr360 p215/70r15 97s tires delaminated on my 1997 ford windstar. there was no damage done to the car and there were no injuries to any one. note-this is for 2 tires, both of which failed within a few weeks of each other. information about one, also applies to the other.*ak | |||
